Purpose of vision:

Vision unifies teams around a goal, it inspires action, it brings hope and it settles fears. Without vision there is no direction. Vision that activates people is the secret ingredient for successful organisations.

Four keys to vision casting:

H – What, in common, do we stand for/against? How are our hearts aligned?
E – What are we moving towards?
A – What must we overcome? What must we do as a result of this? What will it cost?
R – What is the reward? Or What will you regret of you don’t act?

Leaders guide questions:

As you reflect on the purpose of vision and how it connects the mental creation (blueprint) with the physical creation, what reflections do you have on the current vision of your organisation?
What is the vision God revealed to you? Is it clear? If not, how can it be clarified?
As you reflect on these 4 keys, how well are you doing in communicating your vision? What changes can you make to be more successful in communicating your vision?
