Developing an action plan

Now it is time to put into action what you have received from this course. In this section you will have the opportunity to develop an action plan for the behaviour modelling changes you may want to make in your organisation.

Use the template below to outline the change you want to see in your organisation, the behaviour you will model and how you want to communicate these culture changes to the wider team.

Describe the change/improvement	How will you model the desired behaviour?	How will you teach/communicate the change to your team?



Discuss any recruitment or team-building efforts necessary for this change. Specify the concrete actions that need to be taken.
