In order to grow yourself, start by asking others for feedback.

Stop, Start, Continue

As a leader asking for feedback from others requires a level of vulnerability. It can be hard to hear the things people are struggling with in the way we lead. If we don’t know how we are perceived, we can’t grow.

Think about the stop, start, continue approach. Questions might be:

• What do you think I need to stop doing?
• What can I start doing that would support you?
• What am I doing that is helpful for you and I should continue to do?
