- Enter with positivity: greet people, call them by name, and connect before work starts.
Transparency & Vulnerability:
- Do staff know what’s happening, or only leaders?
- Transparency builds safety and trust in relationships.
Organisational Climate:
- Is there laughter, humour, freedom to connect?
- Healthy relationships create a positive, safe culture.
