    Developing leaders who develop others

Leadership in the Kingdom is never about building our own platform—it’s about multiplying disciples and equipping others to lead. A ministry that depends on one leader will eventually stall, but a ministry that invests in raising up others will grow far beyond our reach. In this section, we’ll focus on creating a leadership pipeline, mentoring intentionally, and empowering others to do the same so that the work continues for generations to come.

The ultimate goal of leadership development is multiplication—raising up leaders who disciple and equip others, creating a ripple effect for kingdom impact (2 Timothy 2:2).

Leaders must intentionally identify, mentor, coach, equip, and release others into leadership. This ensures ministry sustainability and growth beyond any one person.

The biblical model of discipleship multiplication requires patience, trust, and commitment to people over programs.

    Biblical foundations

    • 2 Timothy 2:2 – “Entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
    • Matthew 28:19-20 – The Great Commission calls us to make disciples who make disciples.
    • Titus 2:3-5 – Older women teaching younger women, an example of relational leadership multiplication.

    Practical activity

Leadership Pipeline: Map out who you are currently discipling and who they might disciple next.

Mentoring Plan: Develop a plan to regularly meet with emerging leaders for coaching and encouragement.
