Pause, think, reflect

Think about your organisation. What are you here to do? What impact do you want to make? Perhaps the list of things you do is long and complicated. You interact with many people. You work diligently to provide high quality programs and services. As you steward your organisation or programs, most likely you feel some pressure to PROVE your impact and to IMPROVE your impact. Take some time to work through the following questions.
