Policies with purpose
Policies are often seen as red tape — something to file away in a cabinet until an issue arises. But in ministry, policies are far more than a formality. They are a tangible way to protect people, steward resources, and keep the mission on track. A well-crafted policy is both a spiritual and practical tool — rooted in Scripture, shaped by best practices, and designed for real-world application.
In this course, you’ll learn how to create policies that do more than “tick compliance boxes.” You’ll walk through an eight-step process — from praying for wisdom and identifying a need, to aligning with biblical principles, researching, drafting, and communicating the policy. You’ll also explore the essential structure every complete policy should have, including a clear purpose, scope, biblical foundation, and implementation procedures.
