    6. Implement the plan

    • Crafting fundraising proposals for foundations and major donors.
    • Sharing your ministry’s stories and needs with current donors through appeals, newsletters, e-updates, and social channels.
    • Meeting people face-to-face, speaking in churches, and following up with thank you notes and emails to keep supporters engaged.

    Take look at the sample supporter journey infographic provided and create one for your ministry

    • Jot down the names of your supporter audiences
    • Under each audience list the fundraising and comms pieces each supporter audience is receiving currently on an annual basis and how often
    • Look at your fundraising goals for the next 12 months and identify what fundraising or communications pieces that you could add to each journey.
