Once you have an understanding of who your target audience is how you’d like for them to experience your organisation, then you can begin planning how you’d like to reach them. In this course, we’ll be focusing on step #4 of the process: Communication Planning. You’ll learn about which channels your organisation should use to reach your audience, how those various channels work together, how to organise your communications to save time and resources, and how to approach the sometimes overwhelming world of digital communications.
