What is included in a strategy?

This course focuses on understanding the key elements of strategy and the end products needed for a strategic plan, using one simple, practical model.
Strategic planning begins by answering “Where are we now?”, assessing current conditions such as mission, values, assets, customers, partnerships, and financial health.
The next question is “Where do we want to go?”, which involves clearly articulating a shared long-term vision or destination.
The core of the plan is “How do we get there?”, defining priorities, plans, roadmaps, and metrics to guide the journey.
The final element is context, understanding the environment and external factors that could influence the journey, using tools like SWOT, PEST, and other models.
