- Christian leadership should be rooted in Scripture, not secular models.
- We begin with the big picture to set the foundation.
It also introduces the four stages of leadership growth:
- Unconscious Incompetence (Immaturity) – We don’t yet know what we lack.
- Conscious Incompetence – We become aware of what we need to learn and grow in.
- Conscious Competence – We begin to lead with greater intention and skill.
- Unconscious Competence (Maturity) – Leadership becomes part of who we are. We’re healthy leaders helping others grow, too.
This is the foundation for biblical, lasting leadership — built not just on skills, but on Scripture.
- Moses (leading reluctant people)
- Joshua (courage to take new ground)
- Paul (teaching and building others)
