• Skills – institutional/core competencies required to deliver strategy.
• Staff – the right people, enough capacity, and planning for future hires.
• Style – leadership culture, signals, and reinforcements.
• Shared Values – organisational DNA, values, and culture.
• Leaders must ask: Are these elements integrated, aligned, and adequate to sustain strategy?
• The model helps identify gaps and focus areas for building execution capacity.
